How we design the user interface
In this design process, I have made sure focused on creating a user-friendly and professional aspect to the interface.
It all started with Medivet's decision to create two distinct brands for the Cikajang Pet Hospital and Medivet Pet Clinic, each with its own name. But then we transformed it to one firm that is called MEDIVET, and we had to create one style that integrated the prior two.

Medivet Pet Clinic
After discussing with stakeholders, we created a friendly and playful design. This iterative process involved conducting comprehensive research, followed by the making of detailed wireframes, competitor analysis, and the eventual refinement of the final interface design. I opted to build it myself with the WordPress platform for its ability to facilitate rapid initial development, effectively meeting the project's immediate requirements. So I have to create a design that I am capable of building in WordPress. Then, I tested the website with user participants using the Useberry platform.
Cikajang Pet Hospital
For the Cikajang pet hospital project, the stakeholders aimed for a more professional style, considering the hospital's medical role. This focus on professionalism reflects the understanding that the facility's design should convey a credible image that aligns with its purpose and reputation. In this project, I also used WordPress as the platform for building the website.
How we incorporate those two design into one new branding
The layout and the image: I based the layout of the new MEDIVET website on the structure of the previous Medivet Pet Clinic one, as it offered greater flexibility. However, I enhanced the user experience by incorporating larger images and placeholders to provide a more immersive feel. Additionally, I strategically increased the use of images throughout the site to achieve a more professional and visually engaging presentation.
The feature: Considering the hospital and pet clinic project, as well as the prospect of multiple Medivet pet clinic branches, I prioritized creating a scalable and easily manageable design for potential expansion beyond five clinics. Furthermore, to accommodate future integration needs, I ensured that the website features included the capability for appointment bookings as the stakeholders requested. Moreover, I kept in mind the possibility of the website being white-labeled and integrated with other pet clinics, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in different contexts.
The Tech: Since it is now being developed with React Native instead of WordPress, the potential for compatibility and feature flexibility has expanded significantly. This transition offers an advantage in creating an even smoother and user-friendly experience, taking full advantage of the enhanced capabilities and flexibility offered by the React Native framework.
The impact of the offline service to the design : The offline medical services will inevitably influence the design. Any changes or modifications in user behavior in the offline environment, such as hospitals or pet clinics, will be examined and may necessitate design changes. These modifications will not be based just on website data, but will also include insights from offline user experiences.
Future Development
The project is currently a work in progress, with additional features set to be unveiled upon release. While I have already designed and tested the entire features, I'm unable to showcase the design details here. The development will take place in stages to ensure a systematic and strategic build.
