Competitive Analysis

We wanted to learn how similar products approach users in discovering their dream properties. In order to get better understanding, we did competitive analysis to rumah123.com, 99.co, pinhome.id. So far, we compared the features and the flow of users.

User Flow

We laid out the user's journey through the product, mapping out every step the user takes—from the moment of entry to the last interaction. We can ensure that our users' experiences are gratifying and devoid of frustration by offering a visual representation of what they will encounter.

Information Architecture

We created the information architecture for each features in the web and dashboard.
To construct a hierarchy, the IA must consider both what the user expects to see (based on competitive analysis) and how the business intends to display the information (based on product requirements).

Design of Home Page

On the home page of Proplist, it focuses on searching for the property they want right away and also shows popular and new listings that are available on this site. For the business site, we also highlight the featured developer and promoter banner.

Find Property

This is a crucial page because users spend most of their time on it. So, we experimented with many layouts to produce the best user experience. The main considerations are location and price.

Calculate KPR

Users can calculate their Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR). The key here is to avoid overwhelming users with the number of questions in the calculator.

Calculate KPR Result

The results are displayed immediately after pressing the KPR calculation button. The challenge is to make the results understandable.

Dashboard

We developed an analytical dashboard because it was not or less time-sensitive but more of an analysis. The major purpose of this dashboard is to assist users in making the most sense of data, analyzing trends, and driving decision-making. They should be data-driven, displaying as many relevant data views as possible.

We used a donut chart for visualization that has fewer than five values sets. When there are more than five components or when the numbers are very similar, donut charts become difficult to read. We use a column chart for value sets larger than five since it is much easier than looking at numbers in a grid.

Lead Management

Managing the lead is critical for gaining customers. A simple way to manage leads plays a significant role.
